20oz&30oz Tumbler Series
Components
20oz&30oz tumbler is the most popular insulated tumblers, double-layered stainless steel and vacuum insulated. It has a 304 stainless steel liner and the shell can be 304 or 201, depending on the customer’s needs. Between the double stainless steel is an insulating layer, with the machine to pull out the air from this layer, to achieve a vacuum state, then the tumbler can be filled with hot or cold water. The only difference between the 20oz and the 30oz is the shape of the exterior, everything else is the same.
Lids
The tumbler can be matched with six of the most popular lids, generally divided into: flat lid, flip lid, sliding lid and sealing lid. All of them are made of BPA free plastic.
When the tumbler is filled with water and turned upside down, all the lids except the sealing lid will leak. This is because there is a small hole in the lid that can be plugged with silicone to stop it leaking.
If you use any other lid, remember never to turn the tumbler over, water will leak out. Be especially careful not to put a tumbler filled with water in your bag, as it can easily leak.
Styles of 20oz & 30oz
20oz#: there are four styles in total, the first three having a slightly different shape, all with a slightly larger top diameter than the bottom diameter. The fourth is cylindrical in shape, with the same diameter at the top and bottom, and called ” 20oz skinny tumbler “.
30oz#: just a little larger than the 20oz, others almost identical. There are also 4 styles, the first three with a slightly different look and the fourth with a leather rim on the top half of the tumbler for a more aesthetically pleasing look.

Can Cooler Styles
The can cooler is one of the best-selling insulated tumblers, but people don’t use it directly for hot or cold water, but for chilling beer cans. In some public places it is not possible to drink directly from the beer can, so a cooler is designed in which the beer can is placed inside it so that can be drunk.
There are four cooler styles to choose from, each of which looks very close to the other, just a little different in appearance, but all function the same. The lid material is usually plastic, but stainless steel is also available. Customers can choose the right cooler according to their needs.

Tumbler Colors
With regard to the surface painting of the tumblers, the best seller is powder coating. There are fewer customers who opt for spray paint, and the rose gold color is the only one that is spray painted.
The most popular colors are like black, white, red, dark blue and other common colors. If you want to do complex colors, you will need to customize them. Bespoke colors require a certain minimum order quantity.
We can also coat 2-3 different colors on one tumbler. Some customers like new and stylish tumblers and will match 2-3 colors together on the tumbler themselves, which is very nice.

Bottle’s minimum MOQ depends on its styles. Some can do lower MOQ like 500pcs or 1000pcs, some need 3000pcs. If some kind we have in stock, 100pcs or 200pcs we also can provide.
What is the lead time of tumbler order?
Almost need 25-30days if customized order. Sometimes if we have blank in stock, lead time can be much shorter.
Can I request a free tumbler sample?
It depends on bottle’s price. If the bottle you want in stock and cheaper unit price, we can offer free sample, you just pay the express cost. If sample customized, contact saler to get the sample cost.
Can we use our own logo or design for sticker?

Can I make a new shape tumbler?
You can send me the design drawing first, we will see if the new shape tumbler can be done or not. If design no problem, we will send you full quotation with open mould cost soon.

Custom Printed Logo
The four most common technologies methods for moscow mule mugs are the following: silk screen printing, laser engraved, water transfer and electroplating.
Silk-screen printing: this technology is the most common, simple and beautiful to produce. Also the ink color can be customized, as long as the pantone color code is provided, the closest color can be printed on the mug surface.
Laser engraved: not many customers choose the laser engraved, most of them prefer to engrave on the plating surface, which looks more beautiful and high-grade.
