Our standard M0Q is 100 pieces per design/color. For custom logo orders, the M0Q is 500 pieces. We can be flexible for long-term partnerships.
Yes! We offer laser engraving, silk screen printing, and embossing for logos. We can also customize colors through powder coating. Send us your logo and we’ll provide a free mock up.
All our products are FDA approved, BPA-free, and meet EU food safety standards. We provide certificates with every shipment and can arrange third-party testing if required.
We accept T/T (bank transfer), PayPal for smaller orders, and Letter of Credit for large orders. Typically 30% deposit, 70% before shipment. We’re flexible for established customers.
Standard products: 7-15 days. Custom logo products: 25-35 days. Shipping to US/Europe takes 15-25 days by sea, 3-7 days by air. We always meet agreed deadlines.
Yes, we provide free samples of existing products (you pay shipping). For custom samples with your logo, there’s a small setup fee which is refunded with your first order.

Standard production time is 15-25 days after sample approval and deposit payment. Rush orders can be accommodated with additional fees and subject to our production schedule.
We use premium 304 and 316 stainless steel for all our tumblers,ensuring food-grade safety, durability, and excellent temperature retention properties.
Almost need 25-30 days if customized order. Sometimes if we have blank in stock, lead time can be much shorter.
We accept 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment via T/T bank transfer. For established customers,we can discuss other payment arrangements including L/C.
