Single Wall Cup - Size
The two best-selling pint cups‘ capacity are 300ml and 500ml, both are single wall and have a rolled rim so that you don’t cut your mouth when drinking. This is a very logical design. This single wall cup is usually made of stainless steel 304, as it is in direct contact with water, so it cannot be made of stainless steel 201.
Single Wall Cup - Technologies
The three most common technologies methods for cups are the following: silk screen printing, laser engraved and heat transfer printing.
Silk-screen printing: this technology is the most common, simple and beautiful to produce. Also the ink color can be customized, as long as the pantone color code is provided, the closest color can be printed on the cooler surface.
Laser engraved: the laser on the powder coating is actually with a laser to knock down the coating layer, revealing the color of stainless steel, forming a logo pattern. Engraved on the coating is more difficult than on spray paint, because the surface of powder coating is harder, then much longer engraved time, the price will also be much more expensive.
Heat transfer printing: the cups are first spray paint with a lacquer, then the colored pattern can be printed on its surface. Heat transfer only can be done on spray paint surface, can’t do on powder coating. Customers like to have some cartoon drawings printed on the cups, which look small and delicate.

Single Wall Cup - Packaging / Accessories
The regular packaging of the mugs is usually PP bags packaging and kraft paper box packaging. These cups are individually wrapped in PP bags and then stacked on top of each other in kraft paper box, which saves a lot of space and saves on transport costs. Many customers like kraft paper box packaging, generally 4 cups for a group, then into a box, looks more beautiful atmosphere, and very popular in the market.
The accessories for the mugs are relatively small, generally based on straws, which can be made of stainless steel and silicone. Generally, silicone straw, silicone lid and silicone cup holder are used as a set of three, which makes a set very popular among customers.

Vacuum Cup - Components / Size
The double wall vacuum cup is one of the insulated cups, double-layered stainless steel and vacuum insulated. This cup’ inner and outer are both 304 stainless steel. Between the double stainless steel is an insulating layer, with the machine to pull out the air from this layer, to achieve a vacuum state, then the cup can be filled with hot or cold water.
This vacuum cup is not only suitable for the home, but also for field trips. Many people like to drink cold drinks such as beer from it.
The best-selling sizes are 12oz and 16oz, especially the 16oz size, which fits perfectly in the hand.

Single Wall Wine Goblet - Size
A special feature of the wine goblet is that the lower part has a handle, which makes it easy to hold, similar to a glass wine goblet.

Single Wall Wine Goblet - Colors
There are 2 types of surface finish for wine goblet polishing: sanded and mirror. The difference between the two lies in the mirror polish surface which is very bright and more refined.
Most clients prefer plating as it looks more beautiful and sophisticated. The most common plating colors are rose gold, gold, copper and black, which are the three most popular, while others are gunmetal and iridescent.
If the customer chooses plating, then basically the mirror finish is chosen for plating as the whole goblet looks very bright and upmarket. A sanded surface will look more matt. Mirror plated wine goblets are the best sellers in the market.

Double Wall Wine Goblet
In addition to being made as a single wall, wine goblets can also be made as double stainless steel vacuum insulated. Common accessories are sealing lids, stainless steel straws and brushes.

Bottle’s minimum MOQ depends on its styles. Some can do lower MOQ like 500pcs or 1000pcs, some need 3000pcs. If some kind we have in stock, 100pcs or 200pcs we also can provide.
What is the lead time of pint cup order?
Almost need 25-30days if customized order. Sometimes if we have blank in stock, lead time can be much shorter.
Can I request a free cup sample?
It depends on cup’s price. If the bottle you want in stock and cheaper unit price, we can offer free sample, you just pay the express cost. If sample customized, contact saler to get the sample cost.
Can we use our own logo or design for sticker?
Yes, you can. You can contact with the salesmen. Pls send an email to her/him and tell more details.
Can I make a new shape pint cup?
You can send me the design drawing first, we will see if the new shape cup can be done or not. If design no problem, we will send you full quotation with open mould cost soon.
